Throughout the Website, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Bread Exchange AB. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as they apply at the time of purchase. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Consumers in other countries, including Germany, retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws applicable in their country of residence.

2. Products
All products sold on the Website must be used in accordance with the instructions, precautions, and guidelines provided. Please review the ingredient information provided before use and contact us if you have any questions regarding suitability or allergies.
All products provided via the Website, including any samples, are intended for personal use only. Unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to replace, discontinue, or modify any products offered for sale or as part of a collection without prior notice. Since we are using natural ingredients, they may vary from one season to another
depending on weather and soil conditions. This may affect, for example, scent or appearance between different batches even if we are using the same formula. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our products.

3. Prices and Ordering
All prices for the EU include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Orders shipped to Norway are sent from Sweden. Norwegian VAT, customs charges and handling fees may be collected by the carrier upon import.

3.1 Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. A contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance by order confirmation email or by dispatching the ordered goods, whichever occurs first.

4. Payment
Payments are processed via Shopify Payments and other payment methods such as credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna, Swish and Google Pay. The terms of the respective providers apply.

5. Delivery
Available delivery methods depend on the delivery address. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Sweden: 2–4 business days
- Other European countries: 5–10 business days
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods.

6. Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the
delivery driver and contact us immediately. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights, but helps us assert claims against the carrier.

7. Complaints and Warranty
You have the right to complain about defective goods in accordance with applicable consumer law for up to three years from delivery.

In the event of a justified complaint, statutory remedies apply, including repair or replacement, and where applicable, price reduction or refund.

8. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Third-Party Services
Third-party service providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website is the property of The Bread Exchange AB and may not be used without prior written consent. Printing for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the time an order is placed.

12. Dispute Resolution
Consumers may submit complaints to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, or via www.arn.se. We follow ARN recommendations.
Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at:

We are not obliged and do not commit to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
